Privacy notice

Agree on Value is currently in a controlled pre-prod/demo posture. The product uses account, organization, agreement, actuals, support, audit, and workflow data to provide the workspace and to protect customer, vendor, and internal AOV boundaries.

Data use

AOV uses workspace data to authenticate users, select the active organization or agreement context, enforce legal activation and role permissions, process contract and actuals workflows, provide support/debug review, and maintain security/audit evidence.

AI and provider boundaries

External AI assistance is controlled by product policy and organization settings. When a provider-backed review path is used, the payload should include only the source material and supporting metadata needed for that review step.

Privacy choices

AOV does not currently load non-essential analytics, advertising, session replay, or cross-site tracking scripts. If those are added later, they must be gated behind explicit preference controls before loading.

Browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change necessary workspace cookies, but they should be honored before any future non-essential tracking category is enabled.
